Easter Dinner at Kwan’s
We left the beach Sunday afternoon for Salem to have Easter dinner was at Kwan’s. My Mother wanted to go there because it is a great place to eat and because Kwan always fusses over us. Robert has worked for Kwan on and off for thirty years doing immigration work. He is the nicest and most hardworking man you will ever meet.
I had to start out with a Kiwi Daiquiri, since I had never had one before.
Robert is half way through his sweet and sour soup. My mother wanted to have it, too.
Kwan thought I should have the egg flower soup. I prefer it instead of the sweet and sour!
Robert selected the Double Mushrooms with Scallops and Prawns to share.
My mother selected Pea Pods with Barbecued Pork -.
I ALWAYS get Chow Mein A La Malaya because it is the best!!
