Epicurean Entree Reunion
I received an invitation to the Epicurean Entree Reunion Open House at Pat Davis’ house in south Salem a while back. This was and still is a women’s gourmet group with high expectations for every month’s gathering. No Betty Crocker or Campbell’s soup recipe for this crew. So, I knew it was an event I did not want to miss because I would be seeing women I hadn’t seen in a long time, not to mention it was sure to have outstanding food.

- Sue Hill’s daughter bought her this duel use container. It can also be used as a punch bowl.

- Endive filled with a crab mixture, a yummy surprise.

- Anne Stecker made is lovely Avocado Mousse with shrimp and veggies. She is an artist, after all.

- Stuffed baby red potatoes.

- I think this was pork. I didn’t try it. Too busy yakking away.
