The “Kids” Arrive
Scott, Shana and grand-kids, Madison and Max arrived for a short visit a while back on their way to Alexandria, VA, their new home for four years. I met them at the beach. Their mode of transport was their small SUV pulling a pop up tent trailer. For two years they lived in Prescott, AZ while Shana got a Masters Degree in Science Safety at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. She will be stationed in Washington DC at the USCG Headquarters as part of a team investigating Coast Guard accidents.
Ludo, Lee Ann's cat, waited patiently on the front porch next to some Goodwill "finds" of mine.After the kids arrived, Ludo hid under the bed.
Shana with Madison, Scott with Max, Lee Ann. We went down to play in the sand and see the sunset.
A pretty one, that time.
Max is not camera shy.
Madison, on the other hand, would prefer not to have her picture taken. You have to sneak up on her most of the time.
