Visitors From Prescott, Arizona

Scott, Shana, Madison and Max came to visit us from Dec. 11-18. We returned from Hawaii to our condo Dec. 11 at 1 a.m. I had a doctor's appt at 11:30 and they arrived a little after noon! Robert and I both need to go to the airport to pick them up, what with all the car seats, suitcases and bodies. I don't think I even took one picture of Scott or Shana, few of Madison. The action was all on our latest grandchild, Max. Who turned 1 year Nov. 29.

We returned from Hawaii to our condo Dec. 11 at 1 a.m. I had a doctor's appt. at 11:30 and the kids arrived at 12:30 p.m. Robert and I both always go to the airport in separate cars to pick them up because of all the car seats, suitcases, and bodies. The plan was for them to go to the beach, but the weather (snow) kept them here. That kept the kids from seeing friends, and visiting nearby sites. Weather here got worse after they left....

I bought the kids a fun bowling set at Green Frog. Madison and Max had great fun with it.

Lee Ann loves her niece and nephew. My mother wanted so badly to see Max and his red hair, but weather kept them away from Salem. Her mother, uncles and grandmother had red hair. Robert's dad, one brother and uncle had red hair.My mother was tickled when I dated a redhead once. She disagrees, but I claim she wanted me to marry a redhead. This is the best she is going to get!!

This sweet, happy baby gave his Grandma a HORRID cold along with a doozy of sinusitis.

Robert bought a fun play tunnel at Finnegans. The kids loved going through it. Scott and Shana went out to dinner at 50 Plates one night as we babysat. Robert went with Scott and kids to the Oregon Children's Museum. Scott has some great pictures I might be able to get and share.

Boy, is Max getting big! And clearly enough red hair to make your mother happy!

Oh, so so so cute. Loved the last picture. Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas. Next year we’ll spend it with you in Prescott. Love you and see you in May for Auntie L.A.’s law school graduation. During that visit we’ll hit the beach and see Great Grandma for sure!
