The avocado mouse appetizer I brought was a hit at our newly joined gourmet couples group. I got the recipe from a Salem friend, Anne. It was a lovely evening with wonderful food and good fellowship. Next gathering will be in October.
Northwest Concerts brings us Thursday concerts in our area. All over the Portland Metro region there are concerts throughout the week.
